Now setting their sights on an expansion of Life Science proportions, they are part of an international conglomerate specialised in Advanced Manufacturing.
Partnering with a recently appointed CEO (2016), your goal is to help shape the company’s vision to drive change and strategy development from an operational perspective.
Production, Planning, Manufacture & Process Engineering, Procurement, Logistics and Warehousing…all will fall into step with your leadership. With over 110 staff reporting to you on all aspects of the day-to-day operations, the role is a great chance to step up into the spotlight.
Tertiary qualified in a relevant Engineering, Scientific or Manufacturing area, and with 10+ years of leadership expertise in a highly regulated industry (think pharma, med-tech, devices, advanced manufacturing etc.) – you have been working toward this role all your career.
Expertise in New Product Development and Introduction, hands-on R&D skill and the charisma to build a crack team of innovators is core to this rare opportunity.
