A fantastic family-run business of long standing in the Australian environment, with innovative products and an ever-expanding customer-base, they’re in need of a versatile and friendly Customer Service Specialist to join their in-house team.

If you like interior or industrial design, furniture, or have worked with architects and home-builders before, this will be familiar to you. Maybe you know about retail and restaurant fit-outs, or know a thing or two about awnings, blinds and other shade systems.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be:

Answering incoming customer calls
Assessing the needs of the customer via chat
Collating, inputting and managing the CRM system
Building customer relationships and offering a high level of service
Submitting basic quotes on standard items
Allocating quotes and queries as appropriate to the sales team
Filtering sales leads to team members
Following up on online customer queries and managing the process
Setting up and preparing reports on sales leads from the projects email, web enquiries, phone calls etc
Liaising with Architects, Engineers and Designers, Wholesalers, Contractors, Builders and end users
Following up with couriers on orders and deliveries
Sending out forms and information to customers
Assisting the sales team and Management with various other marketing and administrative duties as required
Helping out with Company fun events and parties
