- Providing high-level assistance to the Senior Financial Planner (SFP) and team
- Developing skills toward progressing to Financial Planner yourself
- Presenting , organising, reporting , minute-taking, administering and the like
- Preparing Statements of Advice & Records of Advice for the SFP
- Building your own client base as you proceed – on-boarding and advising as appropriate
- Supporting the organsations’ referral network to maintain inwards business flow
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with Clients and Network partners
- Leading meetings and client discussions as you grow into a Financial Planner
- Backing up the team in any way you can to ensure the business thrives
