- Develop HR strategy and manage implementation
- Recruitment and selection activities in partnership with the business (centralised function)
- Develop employees and drive performance within the organisation (talent and succession planning)
- Support the achievement of business objectives by providing HR advice to managers
- Develop, implement and control HR systems, policies and procedures that support business objectives
- Drive business compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop and manage HR analytics and reporting
- Manage compliance with relevant statutory, environmental and legislative standards
- Maintain external relationships with employment law specialists, immigration specialists, and government agencies
- Maintain workforce health and safety standards
- Maintain records for all HR related functions (training, immigration, compliance)
- Drive Employee Engagement and culture, and contribute to the cultural tone of the business leadership team
